Not been able to watch TV for over a week due to WiFi not working it is very boring just staring at the ceiling.

Thank you for your feedback. There were problems with the TV system and it took a considerable time for us to identify the problem and get an external company in to sort the issue with the WIFI router

I believe the ladies cared for my husband were Alice Mee and Jane Hall. Both were very professional and helpful at all times. I am going to be honest their words at the time were a great comfort to myself and will always be grateful for that. Thats why I donated some of the money collected at freds mineral to yourselves. I could not fault the service or people involved in any way whatsoever.
